Between us all, the members of the SBSG do a great deal of birding! Some of the results of this effort is seen in Recent News, but much of potential interest to others isn't shared. Have you, for example:

kept records of your garden or local patch sightings and noted interesting changes?
seen an unusual example of bird behaviour?
taken some good photos on a recent local or overseas birding trip?
researched, say, small binoculars/birding recording software/digiscoping kit and have some useful conclusions to share?

If you have, and have the time to write anything from a couple of paragraphs to several pages, with photos/illustrations if appropriate, please email it to me Simon Bailey and I'll publish it on these pages, and/or send it to Pete Mella, who is now editing The Bulletin.
