Two Redshank back on the new Rother and a single Stonechat in the field to the
east.

A Peregrine flew over and onto the Orgreave Opencast at 0920h.
August 2003 - It has been a very poor year for waders on the New Rother stretch

A pair of copulating Redshank established on the New Rother are probably
seeing off any other wader species.
