  • A621/Clodhall Lane junction: Whimbrel - 1 - Flying high West calling. ; Grasshopper Warbler - 1 - One reeling occasionally in field to W of the A621.
  • Bents Green: Rook - 7 - occupied nests in roadside rookery
  • Big Moor: Marsh Harrier - 1 - cream crown (probably 2nd calander year), left north over Car Road, Ramsley Moor
  • Catcliffe Flash: Great Crested Grebe - 1 ; Pochard - 1 ; Gadwall - 2 ; Tufted Duck - 20 ; Scaup - 1 ; Cormorant - 2
  • Chatsworth: Common Sandpiper - 1 - On the island by the cricket club ; Kingfisher - 1 ; Sand Martin - 30 ; Siskin - 2
  • Dennis Knoll: Ring Ouzel - 2 - a pair on crags on lower slopes.
  • Ecclesfield: Ring-necked Parakeet - 1 - Calling in Cross Hill garden. ; Buzzard - 1 - Soaring over garden.
